The outcome
The outcome of these workshops is that the organisation has a basic understanding why Objective Key Results are so important. Secondly the organisation defines the organisational OKRs that will be translated into departmental OKRs which the teams will decide. This will ensure that the whole organisation is aligned and is inspired to achieve the results together.
