During this phase, we will make sure that you will have an overview of what is needed and where you need to focus on.. Imagine If analyses the organisation on several aspects to get a deeper, better understanding, what works great for the organisation, what is needed to become a more mature and scalable organisation. This phase is also needed to develop and execute the other phases.

The process

To determine where you are as an organisation, Imagine If will be in the heart of the organisation. To understand, to feel, to see what is happening internally, to get a complete picture of the organisation. This phase will include, based on scans and interviews, what is the current situation, organisational culture & people, way of working and maturity of the organisation.

At the end of this phase, Imagine If will provide your organisation a blueprint and advice on how to scale and grow sustainable.

What comes next

Phase 2, Organisational design, this phase is focused on the design of the organisation. What kind of structure is needed? What kind of culture fits the organisation? Which processes are in place and which processes need to be developed? Through the right setup, having a growth plan and an organisational roadmap that is both ambitious and achievable you are able to set the organisational design in practice.
