It is important for leaders and their leadership team to understand their role during the growth or transformation. Most of the time due rapid growth, the leadership team is not yet in place or is newly formed. Leaders are critical enablers in helping the organisation to be successful. The leadership team day is a one-day workshop, which is a combination of some theoretical background (depends on the way of working) and hands on exercises on how to support and work directly with different teams in organisation.
After the leadership team day, you as leaders have a clear vision statement and strategy that you as an organisation wants to achieve. You are aware of your strengths and weaknesses and know which way of working suits the organisation.
