Imagine If focuses on rapidly growing organisations, scale-ups and corporate scale-ups that are between 25-50 employees or above 50 employees. Research (de Haan, 2020) shows that organisations in this growing phase, needs to become more professional by setting up the organisational structure, processes, and routine.
Till 50 employees
During this growth phase, new ways of working like lean or agile are being developed and implemented. It is a very important phase as this will further define your organisation and as an organisation you will become more professional. Potentially new positions will be needed. It is necessary to define the organisational culture at an early stage and link values to it – this helps the organisation during its growth.
Above 50 employees
During this growth phase, you as an organisation need to hire more employees. Some early employees will leave the organisation. Engagement is important as old and new employees need to blend in.
